Key Responsibilities
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence for the pharmacy.
- Maintain accurate patient records, prescription files, and inventory documentation.
- Assist with scheduling, filing, and general office organization.
- Support stock management by recording deliveries, updating inventory systems, and preparing reports.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and other financial or administrative documents.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 – 2 years experience.
