- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and oversee the marketing, branding, and communication activities across our group of companies.
- This role requires a creative, result-driven professional with a strong background in developing and implementing integrated marketing and communication strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute group-wide marketing and communication strategies to strengthen brand visibility and positioning.
- Manage corporate communications, PR, and media relations.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all subsidiaries and communication channels.
- Lead internal communications to foster employee engagement and alignment with company values.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
- Manage the marketing & communications budget effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field Master’s Degree is an advantage.
- 7 – 10 years experience in marketing and communications, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work across multiple subsidiaries and manage diverse stakeholders.
- Creative, analytical, and highly organized with strong project management skills.
