Job Summary

  • We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Group Social Media Manager to oversee and manage the social media presence of our group of companies.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, engaging audiences, and driving measurable growth across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a group-wide social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content text, images, video, and campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all subsidiaries.
  • Stay up to date with trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams marketing, communications, customer service, etc. to align social media activities with overall goals.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Oversee social media crisis management and reputation handling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
  • 5–7 years’ proven experience in social media management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc..
  • Experience with paid social advertising, analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
  • Creative, innovative, and able to think strategically.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
