
About the Role
- We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Indoor Sales Representative to join our team in Victoria Island.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1 – 2 years proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
