About the Role

  • We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Indoor Sales Representative to join our team in Victoria Island.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid communication and negotiation skills.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1 – 2 years proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
