
About the Role
- An experienced individual who is able to guide and empower a team of Sales Executives. In this role, you willbe responsible for driving expansion by ensuring your team consistently achieves targets in agent onboarding, ticket sales, and white-label/API partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach a team of 5 Sales Executives.
- Develop weekly/monthly sales plans and monitor performance.
- Support team in closing white-label website and API deals.
- Track onboarding progress and ensure agents become active.
- Report performance and pipeline status to the Head of Sales & Growth.
- Identify and nurture high-potential agents to maximize long-term performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align sales efforts with campaigns, product updates, and market trends.
- Analyze sales data and market feedback to recommend process improvements and uncover new revenue opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with pricing, policies, and brand standards in all sales interactions.
- Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms to improve efficiency and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3–5 years B2B sales management experience travel, fintech, or SaaS preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
