About the Role

  • An experienced individual who is able to guide and empower a team of Sales Executives. In this role, you willbe responsible for driving expansion by ensuring your team consistently achieves targets in agent onboarding, ticket sales, and white-label/API partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach a team of 5 Sales Executives.
  • Develop weekly/monthly sales plans and monitor performance.
  • Support team in closing white-label website and API deals.
  • Track onboarding progress and ensure agents become active.
  • Report performance and pipeline status to the Head of Sales & Growth.
  • Identify and nurture high-potential agents to maximize long-term performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align sales efforts with campaigns, product updates, and market trends.
  • Analyze sales data and market feedback to recommend process improvements and uncover new revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing, policies, and brand standards in all sales interactions.
  • Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms to improve efficiency and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with  3–5 years B2B sales management experience travel, fintech, or SaaS preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
