Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for the Head of Digital Banking at Alert Group.
- The Head of Digital Banking will be responsible for leading and managing the digital transformation initiatives, developing and executing digital strategies, overseeing project management, and driving digital innovation.
- This role will require closely working with cross-functional teams, analyzing web metrics, and ensuring the successful implementation of digital banking projects.
- Additionally, the role will involve providing leadership and direction to the digital banking team.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Digital Transformation and Digital Strategy
- Experience with POS deployment.
- Strong Project Management skills
- Proven Team Leadership abilities
- Proficiency in Web Analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
