About the Role
- We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Design Associate to join our creative department.
- This senior-level position plays a vital role in shaping impactful visual solutions across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
- You will collaborate with internal teams and clients, ensuring design excellence, brand alignment, and innovation in every project.
Key Responsibilities
Design Execution:
- Develop high-quality visual concepts and designs across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
- Interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling, effective design solutions.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Project Support & Coordination:
- Partner with the Creative Lead and stakeholders to deliver on campaign needs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Provide cross-departmental design support, maintaining brand consistency.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and other creative partners to produce cohesive campaigns.
- Present and communicate design concepts clearly during internal reviews and client presentations.
- Apply feedback constructively to refine and elevate creative output.
Mentorship & Team Contribution:
- Support and guide junior designers, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing new ideas that elevate the team’s creative standards.
- Uphold a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
Trend Awareness & Innovation:
- Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and emerging techniques.
- Introduce fresh ideas and approaches to enhance visual storytelling.
- Recommend innovative solutions that improve design processes and impact.
Brand Stewardship:
- Ensure designs reflect and strengthen brand identity.
- Maintain a consistent tone, style, and visual language across all touchpoints.
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of brand assets and style guides.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise across digital, print, and multimedia.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively while maintaining attention to detail.
Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
