
Job Summary
- We are seeking a high-performing and passionate Brand Manager to lead the strategic and creative direction of our milk and dairy product portfolio.
- This role requires a visionary leader with proven experience in FMCG brand management, particularly in milk and dairy categories, to strengthen brand equity, drive consumer engagement, and accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and implement compelling brand strategies that align with business objectives and consumer insights across the milk and dairy category.
- Marketing Campaigns: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of 360° marketing campaigns ATL, BTL, and digital to build brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Innovation & Product Development: Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to drive innovation, oversee product launches, and enhance product portfolio performance.
- Consumer Insights & Market Trends: Leverage market research and consumer data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and translate insights into impactful actions.
- Brand Performance Management: Track KPIs, analyze brand health metrics, and provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and external agencies to ensure seamless brand execution and consistency across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG sector, with a strong focus on milk and dairy products.
- Proven track record of successful brand building and marketing campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and category trends.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think both strategically and creatively, with a hands-on approach.
