
About the Role
- The Sales Executive new business hunter focuses on generating new leads, pursuing prospects, and closing deals to expand Eunisell’s customer base and revenues.
- It involves prospecting through market research and networking, presenting product/service value, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.
- This role requires strong self-motivation, strategic thinking, relationship-building, and effective communication skills to find and win new business.
Responsibilities
- Actively identify and pursue potential clients through frequent sales calls/visits, market research, cold outreach, networking, and attending industry events etc.
- Manage deals from initial contact through qualification, positioning, and closing.
- Understand potential clientsgoals and challenges and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers, demonstrating how products or services provide value
- Employ strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and successfully close new accounts.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain a positive work attitude, strong work ethic, and embrace a team-centric environment
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
- Must have 10 years minimum sales experience and consistently meeting and achieving sales targets
- Ability to identify and build relationships with senior-level decision-makers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills
- Candidates must demonstrate the ability to see projects through from planning to completion
