
Responsibilities
Content Creation Photography & Visuals:
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of events, lounges, restaurants, staff, and signature experiences.
- Produce lifestyle, food & beverage, and behind-the-scenes content for digital campaigns.
- Edit and curate visual assets to reflect the Above Lifestyle brand identity premium, exclusive, luxury.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to plan shoots that align with promotional calendars.
- Manage media library, ensuring all visual assets are well-organized, tagged, and accessible.
Email Marketing Plus Experience:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote events, offers, and experiences.
- Write compelling, brand-aligned email copy and design visually engaging newsletters.
- Manage subscriber lists, segment audiences, and personalize campaigns to drive engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report email performance open rates, CTR, conversions and optimize for continuous improvement.
- Ensure email designs are mobile-friendly and aligned with global hospitality standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with the bar, restaurant, and event teams to create timely promotions and campaigns.
- Support guest experience campaigns with content that enhances loyalty and brand awareness.
- Provide creative support for internal communications and corporate brand initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in photography/videography with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in editing software Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- At least beginner experience with email marketing platforms Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with attention to luxury branding.
- Knowledge of hospitality trends, especially premium and lifestyle segments, is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work flexible hours including nights/weekends during events.
