DUTIES:
- Assist in setting up, managing, and maintaining forage research trials in the field and laboratory.
- Support sample preparation, laboratory analysis, and data processing.
- Maintain research equipment, tools, and materials in good condition.
- Provide technical and logistical support for all field trial activities.
- Collect and Prepare feed and forage samples, and the operation of the NIRS machine for sample analysis.
- Maintaining the forage field and forage genetic plots.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
- HND/BSc in Animal Science and other related courses. The ideal candidate must have minimum of four 4 years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment. Graduate Animal Scientist GAS Certification issued by Nigerian Institute of Animal Scientist NIAS is required.
