About The Role

  • We are looking for a highly skilled Architect to join our growing design team.
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, brings creativity to conceptual design, and has strong technical expertise in BIM workflows.
  • You will contribute to large-scale building projects, working alongside a diverse team of designers and consultants to deliver innovative, world-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with design teams on concept development, schematic design, and detailed design stages for large-scale projects.
  • Develop and manage BIM models to support project delivery, ensuring accuracy and coordination across disciplines.
  • Produce high-quality design drawings and presentations using Autodesk Revit, sketchup Rhino, or related software.
  • Apply knowledge of international building codes and standards—particularly British Standards BS—to ensure compliance in design outputs.
  • Contribute to design reviews, workshops, and coordination meetings with internal teams and external consultants.
  • Support project documentation and preparation of materials for client presentations, competitions, and international submissions.
  • Bring creative problem-solving to complex architectural challenges.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • 3–5 years of professional architectural experience experience with large-scale building projects is required; international project exposure is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Sketchup, Rhino; familiarity with other 3D/visualization tools like 3Dsmax, Vray, Lumion, Corona is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination practices.
  • Solid understanding of international building codes and standards, especially BS standards.
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing conceptual creativity and technical execution.
  • Ability to work effectively within diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
