About The Role

- You will contribute to large-scale building projects, working alongside a diverse team of designers and consultants to deliver innovative, world-class solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design teams on concept development, schematic design, and detailed design stages for large-scale projects.
- Develop and manage BIM models to support project delivery, ensuring accuracy and coordination across disciplines.
- Produce high-quality design drawings and presentations using Autodesk Revit, sketchup Rhino, or related software.
- Apply knowledge of international building codes and standards—particularly British Standards BS—to ensure compliance in design outputs.
- Contribute to design reviews, workshops, and coordination meetings with internal teams and external consultants.
- Support project documentation and preparation of materials for client presentations, competitions, and international submissions.
- Bring creative problem-solving to complex architectural challenges.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 3–5 years of professional architectural experience experience with large-scale building projects is required; international project exposure is a plus.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Sketchup, Rhino; familiarity with other 3D/visualization tools like 3Dsmax, Vray, Lumion, Corona is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination practices.
- Solid understanding of international building codes and standards, especially BS standards.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing conceptual creativity and technical execution.
- Ability to work effectively within diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
