Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal guidance and support to senior management and staff
- Develop and implement legal strategies to minimize risks
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Manage legal documentation, contracts, and agreements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel
Requirements:
- LL.B or LL.M in Law
- Membership of the Nigerian Bar Association NBA
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the microfinance sector
- Proven track record of managing legal teams and providing strategic guidance
