COAS orders troops to prepare for decisive phase against Boko Haram, ISWAP

The Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lieutenant-General Waidi Shaibu, has instructed troops of Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK) to gear up for a pivotal phase in
