Role Description
- The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support.
- This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
- Support project management and follow up on action items from executive meetings.
- Oversee administrative processes and assist with special projects as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or similar high-level administrative role.
- At least 2 years’ experience directly supporting senior/executive personnel CEO, MD, Director.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and other productivity tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
