  • Risk Management: Mitigating risks associated with supply chain disruptions, price fluctuations, and supplier insolvency.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulations, such as food safety and labeling requirements
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing procurement data to identify trends, optimize purchasing decisions, and improve operations
