Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, site visits, and collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Engage with potential clients and monitor competitor offerings to stay ahead in the industry.
- Develop and submit tailored sales offers by gathering client requirements, integrating technical pricing from Sales Engineering, and securing managerial approvals.
- Ensure all proposals are well-documented for future reference.
- Manage all sales-related paperwork by validating documents, securing necessary signatures, and coordinating with internal departments for processing.
- Track documentation through to completion and maintain organized records to prevent delays or miscommunication
- Provide accurate pricing to clients by reviewing their profiles and referencing approved price lists from the Sales Manager.
- Ensure consistency and transparency in pricing.
- Coordinate the delivery and installation of generators by liaising with relevant teams.
- Attend on-site commissioning when required to ensure successful handover and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and proactive support.
- Address inquiries promptly and maintain goodwill to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and events.
- Network with prospects and promote the company’s brand to expand market reach.
Qualifications
- Technical / University degree Business Management, Marketing
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
