  • The Sales Executive new business hunter focuses on generating new leads, pursuing prospects, and closing deals to expand Eunisell’s customer base and revenues.
  • It involves prospecting through market research and networking, presenting product/service value, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.
  • This role requires strong self-motivation, strategic thinking, relationship-building, and effective communication skills to find and win new business.

Responsibilities

  • Actively identify and pursue potential clients through frequent sales calls/visits, market research, cold outreach, networking, and attending industry events etc.
  • Manage deals from initial contact through qualification, positioning, and closing.
  • Understand potential clientsgoals and challenges and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers, demonstrating how products or services provide value
  • Employ strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and successfully close new accounts.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a positive work attitude, strong work ethic, and embrace a team-centric environment

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Must have 10 years minimum sales experience and consistently meeting and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to identify and build relationships with senior-level decision-makers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills
  • Candidates must demonstrate the ability to see projects through from planning to completion
  • Entrepreneurial-minded and a strategic thinker that is able to provide the best possible solutions for clients.
