Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Formulates and executes proposal strategy and sales agreements.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close deals with large or strategic accounts.
- Monitor and analyse sales metrics and trends, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present comprehensive sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and opportunities.
- Stay updated with new product launches and industry developments.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Implement customer retention strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide coaching and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts within the sales team.
Requirements
Academic Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Social Sciences, and any other related field.Masters is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7years years working experience as a Sales Manageror in a related role.
- Proven track record in retail/e-commerce and marketing.
