Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and opportunities.
  • Stay updated with new product launches and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement customer retention strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts within the sales team.

Requirements
Academic Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Social Sciences, and any other related field.Masters is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 7years years working experience as a Sales Manageror in a related role.
  • Proven track record in retail/e-commerce and marketing.
