Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers for assigned territory or product line
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage customer relationships and maintain high service standards
- Track all sales activities and client interactions in ERP CRM module
- Coordinate with Marketing, After Sales, and Parts team for fulfillment and service continuity
- Provide timely and accurate reports to Sales Manager
- Support pricing, proposal generation, and contract negotiation
Skills & Qualifications:
- OND/HND/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering & M.B.A
- Minimum 5-8 years of field or product sales experience
- ERP or CRM software experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
Standard Operating Procedure SOP
- Daily Sales Activity: Check ERP CRM dashboard. Follow up with open leads. Update status of all customer interactions.
- Lead Management: Record all new leads in ERP. Qualify based on product fit. Escalate hot leads to manager if needed.
- Customer Visits & Calls: Plan field visits weekly. Log purpose, outcome, and follow-up action in CRM after each call or meeting.
- Reporting & Targets: Update weekly performance tracker. Attend team reviews. Track against personal sales targets.
- Product & Budget Knowledge: Understand product pricing, key features, and budget considerations. Stay updated on offers and promotions.
- Coordination with Other Departments: Work with After Sales for follow-up service, and Parts team for delivery/availability inquiries.
