Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, including Above-the-Line ATL and Below-the-Line BTL campaigns.
  • Oversee Trade Marketing, social media, and E-commerce initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop, present, and implement Brand Plans, with demonstrable proof of successful brand strategy execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field post-graduate degree or professional certifications such as CIM/AMA will be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales, marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management position within FMCG or related industries
  • Strong background in Trade Marketing, Social Media management, E-commerce, and Product Development
  • Experience in consumer research and applying insights to drive brand and business growth.
