Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating all public relations and marketing communications activities
- Developing and executing marketing communication plans including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics using varying communication channels
- Analysing, implementing and defining communications key performance indicators for client briefs and campaign
- Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media
- Managing Client relationships and fostering relationships with new clients
- Prospecting new clients and creating necessary communications pitch decks
- Leveraging existing Media relationships and cultivating new contacts within business and industry media
- Managing media inquiries and interview requests
- Creating content for press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations
- Monitoring, analyzing, and communicating PR results on a daily/monthly/quarterly basis
- Evaluating opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an ongoing basis.
- Building relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
- Maintaining a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and making appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
- Managing communications team to ensure the successful completion of client briefs
- Managing influencer marketing campaigns
- Developing, executing and maintaining crisis management strategies on behalf of clients
- Overseeing and coordinating team members to execute public relations and communication plans.
Requirements
- BSc Degree in Communications or any related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a public relations agency Only Agency experience will be considered
- Strong account management and corporate communications skills
- Excellent team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients.
