About the Role

  • The Senior Relationship & Wealth Manager will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with high-net-worth individuals HNWIs and corporate clients, while providing expert financial advisory services and wealth management solutions.
  • The role requires a dynamic professional with deep market knowledge, strong networks, and a proven ability to drive asset growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain high-value clients HNWIs & corporates.
  • Identify client financial needs and deliver tailored wealth management solutions.
  • Mobilize deposits, manage investment portfolios, and promote asset growth.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, confidentiality, and value delivery.
  • Cross-sell financial products and services to maximize client wallet share.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews and provide advisory on investment, savings, and credit solutions.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to guide client strategies.
  • Achieve set targets on deposits, revenue, and profitability.
  • Represent the institution in networking events, forums, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline MBA or professional certifications such as CFA, ICAN, ACCA, CIS is an advantage.
  • 4+ years of experience in relationship management, wealth management, or private banking within financial services.
  • Proven record of achieving deposit mobilization and wealth management targets.
  • Strong network of HNWIs, corporates, and institutional clients.
  • Excellent advisory, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, wealth management products, and regulatory environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
