- The Senior Relationship & Wealth Manager will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with high-net-worth individuals HNWIs and corporate clients, while providing expert financial advisory services and wealth management solutions.
- The role requires a dynamic professional with deep market knowledge, strong networks, and a proven ability to drive asset growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain high-value clients HNWIs & corporates.
- Identify client financial needs and deliver tailored wealth management solutions.
- Mobilize deposits, manage investment portfolios, and promote asset growth.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, confidentiality, and value delivery.
- Cross-sell financial products and services to maximize client wallet share.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and provide advisory on investment, savings, and credit solutions.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to guide client strategies.
- Achieve set targets on deposits, revenue, and profitability.
- Represent the institution in networking events, forums, and client meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline MBA or professional certifications such as CFA, ICAN, ACCA, CIS is an advantage.
- 4+ years of experience in relationship management, wealth management, or private banking within financial services.
- Proven record of achieving deposit mobilization and wealth management targets.
- Strong network of HNWIs, corporates, and institutional clients.
- Excellent advisory, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, wealth management products, and regulatory environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
