The convener of The Peak Performer Festival (TPP Fest), Dr. Abiola Salami has announced plans for this year’s edition of the transformative conference.

Tagged, “Powering People, Shaping Leaders & Sustaining Legacy with 21st Century Intelligence,” the event is scheduled to take place on November 17th and 18th in Lagos.

According to Dr. Salami, the theme underscores the belief that intelligence in the 21st century extends beyond Intelligence Quotient (IQ) to encompass emotional, strategic and spiritual intelligence.

“We are rewriting the script of leadership by coaching emerging leaders to develop GRIT and thrive against all odds, coaching women in leadership to say ‘No More Shrinking’ when doubt whispers in the marketplace, and coaching high performing Senior Leaders to practice TITLE — the discipline of leading powerfully on the outside without losing that alignment on the inside,” he said.

He emphasised that the edition is built around signature frameworks designed to heal, equip and sustain leaders across Africa, noting that “Africa will not rise by convenience, but by competence; not by emotion, but by excellence.”
